New iLog User Requests

Please supply this information:

your first and last name
your requested iLog username (please use something you'll remember!)
which logs (e.g., operations, detector) at which sites (Caltech, MIT, LHO, and/or LLO) you need the account for
your long-term office phone number
your e-mail address
[LHO and LLO iLog acounts only] if you will need the account before the next Tuesday maintenance window. (Accounts at the observatories are generally added on Tuesdays during instrument maintenance windows.)

For accounts on the Hanford and/or Livingston observatories' logs (e.g., scimon accounts), please send your request to Lisa Bogue and Dave Barker (lisab@ligo-la.caltech.edu and barker@ligo-wa.caltech.edu), and be sure to cc this request to the LIGO personel supervisor who is requesting this account for you. (E.g., for LSC members requesting detector iLog accounts at LHO or LLO related to scimon work, Keith Riles (kriles@umich.edu) is the correct person to cc this request to.)

For accounts on the Caltech and/or MIT logs , please send your request to Phil Ehrens, and "Cc" this request to the LIGO personel supervisor who is requesting this account for you.
